Where do I send my radio for repair?

Send it to the address below, along with a copy of your sales receipt. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Our address: Midland Radio Corporation Attn: Consumer Repairs Dept. 5900 Parretta Drive Kansas City, MO 64120

Do I need an RA# to return my unit?

No RA# is needed for repairs or returns. Please send the radio(s) to, Midland Radio Corporation Attn: Repair Dept. 5900 Parretta Drive Kansas City, MO 64120 Along with a copy of your original sales receipt.

How do I return my radio for warranty? I bought it off of eBay.

Since the radios were purchased from eBay (not an authorized Midland dealer) the warranty is no longer valid. You will need to contact the seller.

If I don't have my receipt, can I get warranty repair?

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt. If you do not have a receipt, flat rate charges will apply. Call us for current flat rate pricing, 816-241-8500.

All warranties are found on the last page of the owner’s manual.  If your radio needs to be repaired, please follow these simple instructions:

1. Include a money order or a MasterCard/Visa number including name, billing address and expiration date. (No checks will be accepted). Below is a list of repair prices (this price includes repair and return shipping):

     -  Weather Monitors: $45.00

     -  CB: $45.00

     -  Side Band: $65.00

     -  Marine: $65.00

     -  FRS/GMRS: $20.00

2. Include a short note outlining what is wrong with the radio.

3. Ship the radio to: Midland Radio Corporation 5900 Parretta Drive Kansas City, MO 64120.

This only pertains to those whose warranty has expired or those who do not have a copy of their purchase receipt. If your warranty is still in effect, please include a copy of your receipt, a short note explaining what is wrong and the radio. Please ship it to the above address. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for repair.
